This completed project, located at 3327 West Cholla St, Phoenix, Arizona, serves as a showcase of CoNest Investments’ successful co-living transformation strategy.
Originally a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home, the property has been fully renovated into an 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom co-living space. Investors in this project benefited from equity ownership, and CoNest Investments managed every aspect from acquisition to completion. After the renovation, the property began generating monthly rental income from co-living tenants, offering returns significantly higher than traditional rental models.
